iRest Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation

Anyone can do Yoga Nidra–all you need to be able to do is lie down comfortably (or sit in a chair, if you prefer). We provide mats, blankets, cushions, chairs. Classroom opens at 5:30 PM for those who wish to come stretch, move around, or relax and do some quiet reflection beforehand. We recommend taking advantage of this time to help get maximum benefit from your meditation. The guided meditation will begin at 5:45 PM. iRest Yoga Nidra was developed by a clinical psychologist with a background in yoga in order to help people address traumas, injuries, and conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, addiction, insomnia, and more. However, even if you don’t suffer from such conditions, Yoga Nidra can be a powerful tool to help you overcome an obstacle or realize a goal.

Regular students may use their punch cards; walk-ins are only $15!

New Year’s Intro to Yoga

Begin 2020 with this special yoga class meant to help introduce you to the benefits of a yoga practice! This class is appropriate for absolute beginners (yet for the experienced or adventurous, we will offer more challenging adaptations). Regular students may use their punch card–but if you’ve never had a yoga class at Creative Therapeutics, you can attend this class for FREE! Students may wish to stay for the Yoga Nidra guided meditation immediately following the class (room opens at 5:30; meditation begins at 5:45).

Summer Yoga Jams Series

Come get your flow on with our outdoor Summer Yoga Jams series! Participants will move through a series of yoga poses and learn to link their breath to movement while jamming to upbeat music.

Saturdays 9am
*Location: Legacy Campus, Community Center Patio
No experience necessary. Beginners welcome!
