Take Back the Night

Join Safe Passage in the movement to end sexual assault! We will stand together with survivors and community members to say sexual violence is not tolerated in our county. Together, we will march downtown DeKalb and let our voices be heard. Immediately following, survivors will have a chance to share their stories. Light refreshments will be served.

Signs are available to use at the event, but you can also bring your own.

FREE and open to the public!

Walk a Mile

Dig out your heels! Safe Passage is once again hosting their annual Walk A Mile, an opportunity for our community to stand against sexual violence by putting yourself in the shoes of a sexual assault survivor to walk a mile in high heels.

Don’t remove your heels just yet! Join us for an After Party at Fatty’s Pub and Grille:
– Enjoy delicious hearty appetizers and drink specials while we honor this year’s “Shoe-per Hero”!
– Purchase a Walk a Mile cup for $5 to access discounted drinks! A percentage of these sales will come back to our agency to support survivors of sexual violence!
