Sauté cooking is the art of combining multiple ingredients quickly in a hot pan with a little bit of oil. Chef Gavin Wilson will teach you quick, creative ways to make the most of your fresh ingredients. Cost includes food and wine tastings. Must be at least 21 years of age to register.
