These are factors to always consider in any exercise program. If your body breaks down you can’t succeed. Knowing how to handle heat and prevent injuries is vital to the success of any exercise program. Come learn the how’s and whys of injury prevention. We’ll examine some basic injury care techniques that you can use to prevent taking a step backward in your exercise routine. Remember, if you can’t use it you lose it, if you’re hurt you can’t progress, if you feel good you see success.
