Festival & Parade
Mark your calendar for Sunday, October 14th! The 37rd Annual Cortland Festival and Parade will kick off at 1:00 p.m. and will feature members of local bands, scout troops, clubs and other organizations. Participants also receive hot dogs, chips and beverage after the parade. This is graciously donated by the Cortland Lions Club and Festival & Parade Committee.
The committee has chosen “Children are the Future” for the theme of the parade.
Monetary donations are being accepted by the committee to help offset the cost of the parade. Donations should be sent to Town of Cortland Festival & Parade, PO Box 519, Cortland, IL 60112-0519.
Artisans, Crafters and Business vendors are needed for the festival after the parade (1:30-5:00 p.m.). Anyone interested in booth space, participating in the parade, volunteering or wanting more information should contact Doug Corson at (630) 452-6775. Show support for your annual community festival and parade!
