Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Yoga Nidra translates roughly as “yogic sleep.” There are no special poses to learn. After some gentle movement and breathing to help relax the body, we lie down or sit comfortably. We are then guided through a meditation designed to bring awareness to the body in the moment.
Our classroom will open early at 5:45 PM for those who wish to take some time to stretch, move around a bit, or just sit and reflect. Highly recommended to help you maximize your session!
iRest Yoga Nidra was developed in order to help people with conditions like insomnia, anxiety, and PTSD–but it is a powerful tool for relaxation/stress reduction, and can help you focus on an intention, move through a blockage, or spark creativity. Participants report sleeping better, more alertness, and a calmer demeanor throughout their day.
Regular students may use their virtual punch cards. Walk-ins are very welcome–only $15 to attend!
