To facilitate royalty income, the Law Office of Michael P. Coghlan will be hosting 3 seminars on December 8th and 9th at 444 E Hillcrest Drive about intellectual property, non-disclosure agreements, and valuation methods. Common examples of intellectual property are patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights.
- Non-disclosure agreements are an important tool in protecting your intellectual property, whether that property be a patentable invention or a vital trade secret.
- Valuation is the process of coming up with an objective value of real property, tangible property, or intellectual property. A professional valuation could cost thousands of dollars. The seminar will help introduce the concept of valuation and provide the tools necessary to conduct different types of valuation.
- An enforceable non-disclosure agreement and a proper valuation are essential tools for properly protecting and monetizing your intellectual property.
