Mindfulness is a frame of mind that helps you take control of your time and life and it’s gaining rapid popularity in our culture: homemakers, businesses, families, schools, retirement homes, even lawyers are being trained, so what is it that has people of all ages and lifestyles practicing it?
Learn to be in the present moment, meaning not rehashing the past or preparing for the future, but experiencing what is going on now.
Gain clarity of what you want more of in your life and learn exercises that will support that person you want to be, living a richer life.

In this workshop you will experience breathing, attitude, and prioritizing activities that are sure to change your life in a meaningful way. You can immediately implement the tools you’ve learned at home to create lasting habits towards a meaningful life, one day at a time. It’s simple but, the more you practice, the more mindful you will become and people will notice the change in you…but most of all, you will realize what you most want in your life and begin to achieve it.
